What to Expect

  • A new-patient appointment will take approximately 60 - 90 minutes.

  • Follow up visits are typically 30 minutes, longer if necessary.

  • Most laboratory services can be done on site as we have a full laboratory.  If you prefer, an order can be issued for labs to be done at an outside facility that will process insurance for you.

  • Diagnostic imaging is not done on site. For diagnostic imaging needs, we will issue an outpatient order or referral for it to be done at the institution of your choice.

  • Pharmaceutical prescriptions can be sent to the patient's pharmacy of choice.

Insurance & Payment

  • We do not submit to insurance and payment for services provided is expected the day of service.

  •  An insurance claim summary with CPT and diagnosis coding can be issued to you to submit to insurance independently for reimbursement as an out-of-network claim.

  • We are not a Medicare or Medicaid provider and do not bill or process claims to state or federal  Medicare programs.

  • It may be beneficial to contact your insurance carrier to know what your policy will cover for out-of-network claims as every policy is unique.
